Our story
Yummy Yummy Tortilla Factory is a small, family-run shop in downtown Waxahachie. Our flour tortillas are mixed, pressed, and cooked on the comal by hand using real beef butter — soft, blistered, and warm enough to fog up the bag on your way out the door.
We started with a recipe passed down from grandma and a simple promise: nothing leaves the kitchen we wouldn't feed our own family. Our tamales are made with olive oil for a lighter, cleaner taste.

Breakfast tacos and regular tacos served on your choice of corn or flour tortilla, plus tamales and tortillas by the dozen. Call ahead for large orders.
